Speed Work Interval Training day today 8 x 400 with 60 seconds break at 8:45 pace in between each.
I Started with a half mile warm up at 8:45 pace, then the 1st 400 at 7:38 pace 0% incline, 2nd 400 at 7:27 pace 0% incline, 3rd 400 at 7:10 pace 1% incline, 5th 400 at 7:00 pace 1% incline, 6th 400 at 6:51 pace 1% incline, 7th 400 at 6:42 pace 1% incline, 8th 400 at 6:34 pace 1% incline.
Finished with a 1 mile cool down at 8:32 pace. Followed up with some core work with Runtastic SixPack Abs. #PoweredByBits and feeling faster every day. Thanks to @EnergyBits.
